what you need
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing
- 8 boneless chicken breasts, thin fillets
- 2 family size cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
- Salt & pepper
make it
Prepare Stove Top Stuffing as per box instructions. Fillet boneless chicken breasts in thin lengthwise slices (about 2-3 slices per breast because you want them thin and pliable). Mix cream of chicken soup and broth together, should be creamy and slightly thick.
Lay fillets of chicken out flat and place about a tablespoon or so, depending on size of breast, of stuffing in center of fillet. Roll both ends of the breast around the stuffing and place in greased glass baking dish open end down. Pour soup and broth mixture over stuffed chicken making sure all of the chicken is covered. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake covered at 350 for 50 minutes and then uncover for 10 more minutes to brown chicken.
