what you need
- 1 graham cracker crust or your favorite flavored cheesecake crust
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Breakstone sour cream
- 1 lb. Baker's White Chocolate, melted
- 4 eggs, slightly whipped
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
make it
Line springform pan with graham cracker crust or your favorite flavored cheesecake crust.
Beat together butter, cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream. Melt white chocolate and beat into cheese mixture while pouring in slowly. Add whipped eggs and vanilla to cheese mixture. Pour into crust lined springform pan.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Serve with fruit or other topping.
Notes
Warm the topping (cherries, strawberries, chocolate etc.)
Put into a heat proof bowl. Place on top of a fondue pot with hot water in it and light the burner. This will keep the topping warm, but away from the heat source. Makes a great presentation.
