what you need
- 6 turkey cutlets, thin
- 6 slices center cut bacon
- 1/2 cup Kraft Italian Dressing
- 1 package Kraft Stovetop Chicken or Turkey Flavored Stuffing
- 1 can cranberry sauce
make it
Line 9 by 13 glass dish with foil and lay out bacon. Put in oven 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While that cooks marinate turkey cutlets in Italian dressing and prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package.
After 10 minutes take turkey cutlets and lay on top bacon strip and add a heaping spoonful of stuffing into center of cutlet. Wrap both sides up and around stuffing and seal with toothpick. Do the same with each piece of bacon. Pour remaining Italian dressing over the tops of roll ups.
Return to oven and bake 20 minutes. Then put under broiler for 5-10 minutes until bacon is slightly crisp. Have with cranberry sauce as side.
Notes
Center cut bacon I use is 40% lean.
Recipe can also be made with thin chicken cutlets or thin sliced pork and use pork flavored stuffing.
Can also try with zesty Italian dressing for more spice.
