what you need
- Cake:
- 1 box Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix (can use German chocolate as well)
- 1 small pkg. Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups milk

- Frosting:
- 12 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 regular Hershey Bar, grated

Cake: Spray a little Pam in 3 (8-inch) round baking pans. Mix all ingredients together and pour in pans.
Bake at 325 degrees until done. (I use a tooth pick to check.) I allow cakes to cool some and then, with my hand spread over each cake tip over just to loosen cake from pan. Start preparing frosting.
Frosting: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Then add other ingredients mix well. Then frost cake between layers and all over. Grate Hershey Bar and sprinkle over cake
Notes
This cake is the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten. The chocolate is not over powering for those that aren't chocolate fans, but for those that are you will really love it.
