Mimi's Swordfish Delicious

what you need
- 4 swordfish steaks
- Pan #1
- 1/2 Cup milk or buttermilk (I use buttermilk)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt (or to taste)
- Pinch thyme
- Pinch tarragon
- Double pinch dill weed
- Pan #2
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- Shake of chili powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Mix well
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Lemon juice
make it
Dip fish in Pan #1, then in Pan #2, coating all over.
Place in baking dish (or pan) and drizzle melted butter over all. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 25 minutes
