what you need
- 2 cubes butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- Mini marshmallows
- For icing:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
make it
Blend butter, sugar, cocoa, flour, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Bake in greased pan at 325 for 25 minutes.
Cover top with marshmallows. Bake for additional 3 to 5 minutes till marshmallows melt. Cool completely then frost.
For frosting: Melt butter. Stir in powdered sugar, cocoa, and evaporated milk. Cook till smooth.
Notes
You can also use boxed brownie mixes.
