what you need
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 med. tomato, finely diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Cheese flavored corn chips
make it
Use 9x12 baking pan (cake pan). Spread bean dip evenly in bottom of pan.
Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning and spread on top of bean dip. Sprinkle tomatoes and green onions over top of first two layers. Top with cheese.
Refrigerate for about 1+ hours and dip with chips.
Notes
Optional layers:
1.) A guacamole dip of avocados, salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice
2.) Salsa
3.) May also add olive slices with tomatoes and onions
Comment: I usually only use the green onion tops.
