what you need
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. Sauce
- 2 cups crushed dried bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 pork chops (boneless or bone in)
make it
In a bowl mix mustard, Miracle Whip, oil, and A.1. sauce. In another bowl or large Ziploc bag, mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Brush sauce mixture onto chops then coat with breading. Put chops onto broiler rack.
Broil for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and broil for another 10 on the other side.
Serve.
Notes
Ovens can vary, so make sure and check that the chops are done all the way through. The chops should not be pink in the middle. You can experiment and add different spices to this if you like.
Even though there is A.1. in the sauce, I like to serve it with A.1. as well. This is a quick and easy meal to make. I hope you enjoy.
