what you need
- CAKE:
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- FROSTING:
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar

Mix margarine, water and cocoa. Bring to a boil over med. heat. Remove from heat and add flour, salt and sugar. Stir to combine. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, eggs and baking soda. Add to dry ingredients and blend together.
Pour into a greased and floured standard size cookie sheet (or 9 X 18 cake pan) and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for approx. 25 minutes.
Frost cake while still warm but not hot. For frosting: bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa and milk. Remove from heat and add confectioners' sugar. Add additional milk if necessary to get to desired consistency.
