what you need
- 1 boxed brownie mix (9x13 inch pan size)
- 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, creamed
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
make it
Mix brownie mix as directed on box. Fill mini muffin pans with brownie mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes. Take out & punch down centers. Set aside.
In a separate bowl mix the cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar. Blend together and fill brownie cups. Keep refrigerated.
Notes
We use a cake decorator to fill the brownies with filling.
Be careful to not over cook the brownies or they will be very crunchy.
