what you need
- 12 oz. boneless lean pork, bite size
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- Garlic pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP FREE Dressing, divided
- 1 Tbsp. green & red pepper flakes
- 8 fl. oz (1 cup) orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups MINUTE Premium Brown Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges (in juice)
- 1 cup canned pineapple chunks (in juice)

Season pork with ginger & garlic pepper; Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork and minced garlic; cook and stir 7 min. or until pork is cooked through.
Reduce heat to medium. Stir remaining ingredients into skillet; bring to boil.
Remove from heat; Let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
