Meatloaf Antoinette Style

what you need
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 12 to 15 buttery flavored crackers
- 1 Tbsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft A.1. Thick and Hearty Steak Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Thick and Spicy BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
make it
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients well except for ketchup.
Put mixture in a oven proof dish. Pour ketchup on top spreading it thin.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes on top rack. Take out of oven and serve while hot. Enjoy.
Notes
I like to use my 9 inch iron skillet, but coat it well so the meatloaf won't stick, unless it is seasoned good.
