- 1/3 cup apricot preserve
- 1/3 cup Kraft Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 salmon steaks (1 lb. each)
make it
Preheat broiler. Mix together apricot preserve, Kraft Thousand Island Dressing, onion soup mix and olive oil until well blended.
Add salmon steaks to the mixture and coat evenly.
Spray cooking surface with non-stick cooking spray. Broil salmon steaks without turning for about ten minutes or until marinade begins to caramelize and salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Salmon steaks can be marinated a few hours ahead.
Great when served with roasted potatoes and vegetables.
