Cream Cheese Banana Bread

what you need
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bananas (approx. 2 bananas)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
make it
Cream oil, sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs, bananas and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients.
Pour into 9x13 pan or 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Top with sugar.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Notes
Nuts can be added if desired.
