what you need
- 1/4 pound unsweetened baking chocolate liquid
- 1/2 pound butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups walnuts, chopped
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13" x 9" pan. Put the 4 chocolate packets in a glass of hot water to soften. Beat butter until soft and creamy and then add the chocolate and beat again. Add the sugar and beat until creamy and then add the eggs, 1 at a time and beat thoroughly after each addition until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and bear then change to a whisk beater and fold in the flour and then the walnuts.
Pour into the pan and spread to the edges.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges pull away from the edge of the pan. Toothpick inserted in the center should be ALMOST clean. Do not overbake.
