what you need
- 1 lb.-1.25 lb. salmon steak skin on one side
- "Durky Grill Creation Citrus Grill" Blend dried seasoning
- 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce (to taste)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (to taste)
- 2-3 tbs. Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Serve with brown rice and a fresh veggie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle salmon with citrus blend. "Dot" with teriyaki and lemon juice. Cover with balsamic vinaigrette maybe more than a few tablespoons. (Just enough to cover the top of the fish and not enough to drool all over the baking dish.)
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done to your likeness.
Notes
Enjoy with brown rice and a fresh vegetable.
