- 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 12 whole pitted apricots (24 halves)
- 1/2 cup apricot juice
- 2 jiggers brandy or sherry
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
make it
Brown 2 Tbsp. butter and add the pitted apricots and the apricot juice. Add brandy or sherry and then thicken with 1 Tbsp. butter kneaded with cornstarch.
Notes
This is very good served with pork chops, or as a glaze for ham.
