what you need
- 1/2 pickling salt
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar
make it
Combine and blend in blender.
Marinate salmon pieces overnight or 24 hours.
Let salmon dry on rack for about 1/2—1 hour. Smoke to desired doneness. Cool when done then brush with corn syrup.
