what you need
- 3 cups romaine lettuce shredded
- 4-6 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 medium sized strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 pound salmon (or less), cooked, cooled and flaked
make it
Put lettuce in bowl with lid and add Caesar dressing. Close lid and shake well.
Remove lid and add sprinkle cheese on top. Then add sliced strawberries.
Put cold salmon pieces on top. Grab a fork and enjoy!
Notes
I added a little bit of lemon juice to salmon before I put it on salad. I actually used leftover salmon pieces from dinner the night before! It’s an odd recipe but I loved it! Hope you enjoy.
