what you need
- 2 chopped cloves garlic
- 1 small sweet onion (approx. 2 cups coarsely chopped)
- 6-8 skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce, Mesquite or Hickory Smoked
- 1/2 cup Sprite or lemon lime soda
- Sea salt/pepper pinch to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing

Chop spices (garlic and onions coarsely, chunks).
Put all together in crock-pot.
Cook for 4 hours on High.
Notes
You can substitute 1 1/2 lb. of pork, cubed or boneless chicken, but I prefer thighs. It will fall off the bone it is so tasty and tender.
