what you need
- 1 box (6 serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mix
- 1 carton (2 egg) Egg Beaters
- 1 cup Sugar Free Hershey's syrup
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tub (4 ounce) applesauce (we liked the raspberry-applesauce)
- 1 tsp. real vanilla extract
make it
Mix all ingredients with a spatula until just mixed. Do not mix too long.
Pour into a glass pan sprayed with PAM or other vegetable spray
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and slice. Serve with sugar free fat free Cool Whip.
Notes
To make really special, split brownies and spread sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding in the middle and top with fresh raspberries and Cool Whip.
We use this for birthday cakes for the diabetics in the family.
These are very cakelike and not gooey. My family loves them since we have dieters, diabetics and small children who love to eat sweets and chocolate.
