what you need
- 1" canola oil
- 1 bag (5 lb.) frozen chicken wings, cut up
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup black pepper, or to taste
- 1/3 cup seasoned salt, or to taste
- 2 bottles Kraft Honey Barbeque Sauce
make it
In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Rinse chicken wings in cool water. Combine flour, pepper and seasoned salt in large bowl. Dip chicken wings in flour covering completely and place in heated oil.
Fry all chicken 6-7 minutes or until about half done. Place on paper towels to drain.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13x9 pan with foil. Place fried chicken wings in pan and cover with Kraft Barbeque Sauce. Place in oven for 30 minutes. Once done, cover and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
