what you need
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 4-6 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 4-5 green onions
- 2-3 tablespoons milk (as much needed to make dip consistency)
make it
Cut cream cheese into 4 parts and place in a food processor. Cut up the blue cheese and green onion. Add to food processor.
Add the first tablespoon of milk. Pulse 5-6 times. Check consistency; keep adding milk until you have a nice dip consistency.
Serve immediately with chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
Notes
This is a great dip in the summertime! We always take it boating because the blue cheese tastes good even at room temperature!
