what you need
- 2 oz. canned salmon or other favorite seafood
- 1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries (or apricots)
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 Tbsp. light raspberry walnut vinaigrette
make it
Mix salmon, green pepper, green onion, mushrooms and cranberries.
Toss with salad greens.
Drizzle with vinaigrette. Enjoy
