what you need
- 1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
- 1 handful cilantro (about 1 cup)
- 2 serrano peppers
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
make it
Roughly chop all ingredients except spices and limes.
In food processor mix all ingredients and chop for no more than 15 seconds.
Salsa is ready, enjoy!
Notes
To make this recipe really hot, in place of serrano peppers, use habaneroes. If you don't like that much heat, remove seeds and veins of peppers.
