Notes
I've altered your Ultimate Meatloaf recipe from the Fall 2006 Food & Family magazine.
I like meatloaf and am always looking for new recipes. I didn't have 2 lbs of ground beef at home and decided to substitute the Italian sausage I did have, which happened to be turkey sausage, but any would work.
Well, you can't have Italian without some kind of spaghetti sauce so it just went from there.
I find it easier and more complete to mix the ingredients with my hands.
Also, before serving, I heated a little more spaghetti sauce and served it over the meatloaf. Then served it with a side of spaghetti and a vegetable.
