- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato puree
- 8 oz. salsa
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1-2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package chili mix
- 1 tsp. pepper

In a Dutch oven, cook beef, onion, green pepper and celery over medium heat till meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.
Stir in the beans, tomato puree, salsa, tomatoes, water, Worcestershire sauce and chili mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until chili reached desired thickness.
