what you need
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Mexican corn, drained and rinsed
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 avocados, cut into chunks
- 1 small onion (or 3 green onions), diced
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1 packet Good Seasons Italian salad dressing

Mix together all ingredients about four hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Serve with tortilla chips.

A really big hit with almost every person who loves cilantro and salsa - not spicy - great for a party.
