what you need
- 1 can (16 oz.) chunky pineapple
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 small package instant pistachio pudding
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 12 to 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows

In a large bowl mix both cans of pineapple (juice included) and sprinkle the pudding on top. Let sit for about 3 minutes.
Next, mix the nuts and coconut and using a large spoon, blend into the mixture. Slowly mix in the Cool Whip and the marshmallows.
This mixture needs to be refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving.

Makes a lot but so, so good.
