what you need
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 medium sized tomato
- A little less than 1/4 cup onion
- A drizzle of olive oil; enough to keep the dip from not blending
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
make it
Pit the avocado, peel and cut up. Place in blender. Add in the tomato, after chopping it up, leaving skin on. Add the onion and start to blend.
Gradually add olive oil to keep the dip from being too thick. Add the salt and pepper, seasoning to taste.
Refrigerate after making with wrap, or serve as is with crackers.
