what you need
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can Ro*Tel Original, drained
- 1 bag tater tots
- 1 bag shredded cheese
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook ground beef and drain. Mix cream of mushroom and drained Ro*Tel. Add in cooked ground beef.
Place tater tots on bottom layer of large casserole dish, then the meat mixture, cheese and repeat.
Place in oven for 1 hour.
Notes
You can serve with corn or eat with tortilla chips or even add ketchup to your serving.
