what you need
- 3 cups cooked rainbow spiral noodles
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, grilled and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 3/4 cup Kraft Italian Dressing or Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
Notes
This salad is also great with zucchini, bell peppers, peas, or any other summertime vegetable. Great with crumbled cheeses, especially feta.
