what you need
- 1 pkg. coleslaw
- 1 pkg. purple cabbage
- 2 green onions, sliced including greens
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds
- 2 pkg. ramen noodle, beef
- Dressing
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar plus 1 tablespoon
- 1/2 cup sugar plus 2 teaspoons
- 2 pkg. ramen noodle seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup canola oil
make it
The night before mix all of the dressing ingredients in a shaker bottle except for the oil and blend well. After the first three dressing ingredients are blended well then add the oil and shake well and refrigerate overnight.
Right before serving, mix all of the ingredients together except for the dressing mix and Ramen noodles. After blended add the dressing mix and stir well. Then top with Ramon noodles and mix well again and then serve.
