- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick butter, melted
make it
Rinse and trim chicken breasts, then pat dry. Generously cover in sour cream. Combine Italian seasoning and crushed corn flakes. Dip the sour cream covered chicken breasts in the cornflake mixture.
Put chicken in a lightly greased nonstick pan, and then drizzle butter over top of chicken.
Bake at 350°F for an hour.
