Fajita Style One-Dish Chicken Dinner

what you need
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 red peppers
- 2 yellow peppers
- 2 packages fajita seasoning mix
- Grated cheddar cheese
- 4 cups cooked rice
make it
Chop chicken breast into chunks. Fry chicken quickly until almost cooked through. Remove chicken from pan.
Cook peppers for 2-3 minutes. Put chicken back in pan with peppers. Add fajita seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Cook till chicken is done.
Put mixture over rice and top with grated cheese.
