what you need
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 green pepper
- 1 Vidalia onion
- 4 large mushrooms
- Minced garlic
- 1/4 cub lemon juice
- Black pepper
- Season salt
- Lemon pepper
- 1/2 cub water
make it
Place the tilapia in a foil pan. Cut up the green pepper, onion (in strips) and mushrooms and place on top of the tilapia.
Add in garlic and lemon juice to preferred taste. Sprinkle pepper, season salt and lemon pepper to desired taste. Pour the half cup of water over to keep moisture.
Cover with tin foil and heat to oven 375°F for about 45 minutes.
Notes
For people who love cooking with beer, you can add beer instead of water to keep the moisture.
Can also be wrapped in individual pieces of foil and cooked on the grill separately for about 10 to 15 minutes.
