what you need
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced prosciutto ham
- 1 Tbsp. smoked bacon
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. each of basil, oregano, thyme
- Dash of salt and pepper
- Poultry seasoning
- 12-14 large shrimp
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cut asparagus
- 1/2 cup smoked cheddar cheese
- 2 cups pasta (your choice)
- 1/2 cup jumbo lump crab meat
make it
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add prosciutto ham, bacon, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and shrimp. Cook until shrimp becomes opaque or "whitish" stirring occasionally.
Add white wine and reduce by 1/3. Add heavy cream and allow to thicken. Add asparagus and cheddar cheese and allow cheese to melt.
Pour over your favorite pasta and top with crab meat.
