what you need
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 16 kebab sticks
- 1 cup water
- 14 oz. (440g) coconut milk
- 1 cup jasmine rice
make it
Cut chicken breasts into 3/4 inch (2 cm) strips. Mix yogurt, tandoori paste and coriander and use to coat chicken. Thread chicken unto kebab sticks.
Grill or barbeque for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
To make rice:
Bring water and coconut milk to boil. Add rice and leave until cooked.
