what you need
- 1 pound box bow tie pasta
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 bag cooked frozen shrimp
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 bag frozen zucchini and yellow squash
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce

In large pot, boil water and add pasta according to package directions.
Saute garlic and onion in large skillet for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
Notes
You can substitute fresh vegetables and shrimp if preferred. Add parmesan cheese for more zip.
