what you need
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 pounds cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
make it
COMBINE salsa, dressing and chili powder; spread evenly onto bottom halves of tortillas. Top with shrimp, cheese, and onions.
FOLD tortillas in half to enclose filling.
COOK in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut each quesadilla into three wedges to serve.
