Brown ground beef and drain off grease. In the mean time, measure out stuffing in small bowl or measuring cup and add enough water to moisten the stuffing.
When ground beef is browned, mix it with the peas and cream of potato soup in casserole dish. Layer moistened stuffing on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Notes
After thawing out some ground beef one day, I realized that I didn't have the ingredients in my pantry to make what I had planned on. However, I found that I did have some cream of potato soup and some peas and stuffing. With out another thought I just whipped up this hotdish without any recipe and not knowing if it would turn out. As luck would have it my family loves it and now I make it often.
To make clean up easier I now line my casserole dish with tin foil. Making the meal and clean up a snap!
