what you need
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. vinegar (apple cedar is better)
- 1 clove garlic, minced*
- 2 cups Greek or Greek-style natural yogurt**
- Pita bread
- 1 big cucumber, cut into very thin width circles
- Olives (green or black as you prefer)
- Pinch salt, pepper and oregano
make it
Mix the olive oil, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl. Mix in the yogurt.
Leave the mixture in the fridge till you will use it (minimum 1-2 hours).
Use pita bread (whole or you can cut it into triangles), pour some of the yogurt mixture (at your taste) garnish with cucumber and olives, and the oregano.
Notes
*If you prefer, you can use garlic salt instead of garlic. The amount will depend on how strong you want it; omit the salt if you use garlic salt.
**If using self made yogurt instead of Greek yogurt, make sure that it's very thick.
