what you need
- 1 lb. shell pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef/turkey
- 4 cans (14 oz. each) Italian stewed tomatoes, not drained
make it
Boil the pasta for four minutes. Drain and set aside.
Brown the meat and add the tomatoes. Break the tomatoes up with cooking utensil. Add the parboiled pasta and cover pan.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until pasta is thoroughly cooked. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
I use my food processor to break up the tomatoes. Just pulse for several seconds until you get a chunky texture.
