what you need
- 20 oz. salmon
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- Lemon (optional)
make it
Cut salmon into four 5 oz. fillets. Generously coat salmon with lemon pepper seasoning.
Heat olive oil in sauce pan on medium. Sear salmon for 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat and cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally (until fish reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees).
Top each fillet with 1 Tbsp. of butter or margarine and squeezed lemon (optional). Serve.
