"Light" Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

what you need
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fat free butter spread
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. light mayo
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. of each (basil, pepper, onion powder, celery salt)
- 1 lb. tilapia fillets
make it
Preheat broiler. Line broiling pan with aluminum foil. Mix parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, lemon juice. Season mixture with basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
Broil single layer of fillets for 2-3 minutes; Flip and repeat for 2-3 minutes.
Remove and cover with mixture on top side. Broil for 2 more minutes or until topping is brown and fish flakes with fork. Enjoy!

This is great with steamed veggies!
