what you need
- 1 1/2 pound ground chuck
- 1 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped and diced
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup saltines, finely crushed
make it
Mix together ground chuck and turkey, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients; then add ground meats.
Form ingredients into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm. These may be frozen at this point when cooled.
