what you need
- Meatloaf:
- 1 lb. ground turkey or beef
- 1 egg
- 1 slice bread, torn in small pieces*
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
- Sauce:
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar (subs. coconut sugar for healthier version)
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. table mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (use homemade for healthier version)
- 4 oz. tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients for meatloaf together in a bowl and place into a small loaf pan.
Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over meatloaf.
Bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours.

*For gluten free subs - 1 cup sliced mushrooms or use 1 Tbsp. almond flour
