what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper, Emeril's Essence
- 1 tub frozen chopped green chili (preferably hot!!)
- 1 block Kraft Velveeta Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 family size can cream of mushroom soup
make it
Cook the ground beef and season to your tasting. When finished, drain grease and put to the side. Put the frozen green chili into the microwave to defrost. When done put to the side.
Then cut the Kraft Velveeta Cheese into cubes and put them into a big pot on low. Then pour in the milk and stir constantly. Next pour in the ground beef, can of cream of mushroom, and the green chili. Make sure that you keep on stirring evenly.
When you don't see anymore lumps in the cheese the dip is done. Serve with corn chips and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure you do not leave the dip while cooking or the cheese will burn and you'll have to throw the dip away.
