what you need
- 1 Large can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained well
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
make it
Press crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9x13 inch buttered pan. Sprinkle with cooked sausage, and then the mozzarella cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over other ingredients.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes, or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
