what you need
- 1 classic yellow cake mix
- Frosting:
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapples (with juice)
- 1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can mandarin oranges
make it
Prepare cake mix as directed on box (2-3 layers). Let cakes completely cool.
Mix pineapples and vanilla pudding mix together until well blended. Fold in Cool whip and mix well.
Frost cake and put mandarin oranges between the layers and decorate with remaining on top. Keep refrigerated.
Notes
The frosting on this cake is delicious!
